Join B&D’s John Cruden (former Assistant U.S. Attorney General, U.S. DOJ Environment & Natural Resource Division), Allyn Stern (former U.S. EPA Region 10 Counsel), Amber Ahmed (former Texas Assistant Attorney General), and Stephen Smith (former U.S. EPA Region 4 Associate Regional Counsel), as they outline what industry can expect regarding environmental and natural resource priorities in law, policy, enforcement, and litigation following the 2024 general election.
Applying insights gained from decades of government service under both Republican and Democratic administrations, John, Allyn, Amber, and Stephen will share their thoughts on key priorities, people, and processes—federal, state, and international—to watch in the coming months.
