Malcolm Haack is based in Melbourne, Australia, and is the Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Orica (ASX:ORI), an Australian listed multinational corporation, and one of the world’s leading mining and infrastructure solutions providers. He is responsible for the legal and ethics and compliance affairs of the Orica group and the leadership and management of Orica’s global legal and ethics and compliance teams. Malcolm has 28 years of experience working in blue-chip organisations, ASX100 and Fortune 500 companies, and first-tier law firms. He has worked across the globe and lived in the UK, UAE, South Africa, and his home country, Australia.
