Ready Set Launch LLC

In 2011, I founded Ready Set Launch LLC with the idea that classic marketing principles could be applied to both professional services business development and executive career development.  It is the translation of consumer brand to personal brand.

In serving my executive level enterprise and individual clients, I draw on my experiences as a District Manager with Vault.com, having become a member of the virtual workforce in 2008.

At Vault, I held dual roles both on the cross-functional operations team and led a remote business development team which sold recruitment consulting services and employer branding solutions to talent acquisition, hiring, diversity and employer branding teams at AmLaw 100 law firms, Fortune 100 corporations, consultancies, accountancies, and federal agency employers.  My work at Vault in Washington, DC gave me a level of fluency across private, public, non-profit and independent sectors.

Prior to Vault.com, I worked in brand management for Unilever on the Dove Global team (see my article in BusinessWeek) where I developed global innovations in the anti-aging skincare category.  It was in this experience that I became a true student of consumer behavior. The intersection of market opportunity and consumer perception.

I also lived in France for five years and was a business development manager based in Paris for QS World MBA / World Grad School promoting MBA, LLM and international relations programs globally and a management consultant for RSM Salustro Reydel Management (now KPMG).  Living and working in a different language and culture, gave a global perspective on business and culture.

I also am proud to have started my career as an analyst with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture).

My MBA is from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business.  At Georgetown, my overseas internships and consulting exposure included brand management projects for Unilever Sri Lanka and Pepsi Vietnam.  Additionally, I was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar in France and received an international business degree (DEUF) from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3.  While living in Paris, I was the President of the Rotary Foundation Alumni Association France (the first non-French national to hold the position).  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in French from Rowan University.
