I have experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation, transactions, patent preparation, and prosecution. In particular, I have represented clients in various Federal District Courts, before the International Trade Commission (ITC), before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). My experience before the PTAB includes involvement in over 50 post-grant proceedings as well as several ex parte and inter partes reexaminations and interference proceedings.
With an undergraduate degree in electrical and computer engineering, I have experience in a broad range of technologies. I have worked with, inter alia, semiconductor devices and wafer technology, memory and computer architecture, power systems, telecommunication and wireless technology, digital and analog signal processing, software, biomedical apparatuses and medical devices, surgical methods, mechanical devices and manufacturing processes, business method patents, and standard setting organizations.
