Kelley Drye is the CLE Accredited Provider for this program and is an accredited provider of CA, IL, NY and TX.  This program will offer 1.0 California, Illinois and Texas general credits and 1.0 New York cybersecurity non-transitional credit only. In accordance with the requirements of the New York State CLE Board, this non-transitional, CLE program is not approved for newly-admitted attorneys within the first two years of admission to the Bar.  For all other jurisdictions, we will provide a certificate of attendance so that participants can apply on their own for credit.
