This interactive program—offered by the Association of Commercial and Transactional ADR Professionals (ACT-ADR), a nonprofit network of dispute resolution and dispute prevention professionals who have served as senior executives and lawyers in multinational corporations and law firms—is designed for in-house counsel who have doubts about arbitration.
