As the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies continues to accelerate across industries, so too does the complexity of the deals that facilitate them.

Get up to speed with our experts as they analyze the emerging opportunities and critical issues associated with vendor-customer contracting relationships in the AI/ML era.  The panelists will dig deep into negotiating and managing risk in deals involving AI-focused or AI-enabled products and services.

In-house and outside counsel will bring together experience from both sides of these transactions and will recommend methods for conducting AI-focused due diligence and negotiating in compliance with both current regulatory requirements and emerging best practices.

Whether you are the customer or vendor of an AI-enabled solution, don't miss this opportunity to level-up your contracting skills in this rapidly changing field.
