Beyond Prompting (Part 2): An AI 101 Primer on Managing Technical, Business, and Legal Tradeoffs in AI Development (On Demand)

This session builds on the technical foundations introduced in Part 1 of the “Beyond Prompting” technical primer series. Part 2 continues to provide technical training while examining real-world tradeoffs and risks that emerge as organizations develop AI systems. Designed for product, governance, and executive legal counsel, this session explores how technical constraints, business pressures, and legal obligations intersect across the AI development lifecycle. Using practical examples and decision-focused scenarios, participants will examine how AI technical development choices affect risk, accountability, and governance in real products and enterprises. Parts 1 and 2 of Professor Robert Kang’s Beyond Prompting™  training series are designed as an integrated program. Attendees are encouraged to attend both sessions. No prior technical knowledge required.
