Blake is Senior Director of Business Intelligence at ACC and is responsible for the management and growth of ACC’s research department. He has spent the past nine years expanding ACC’s research capacity from a small member surveying unit to a multifaceted and full-service data hub for the in-house community. Blake has led numerous high-impact international survey projects and developed data-driven resources, products, and services to help in-house counsel legal professionals make more informed business decisions.
Blake has published several peer-reviewed articles in scientific journals applying statistical and experimental methodologies and has taught several college courses on quantitative research in the social sciences. He has a Ph.D. in political science from Texas A&M University and a B.A. in international politics from Penn State University.

As Executive Director for the In-House Counsel Recruiting business, Chad Marlow oversees search execution, business development, client delivery and recruiter leadership for North America. As a member of MLA’s executive team, he consults with corporate C-suite executives and legal department leaders throughout the country while providing leadership to a talented team of business development and recruiting professionals. Annually, Chad oversees roughly 150 searches, 40 of which are at the Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel level, spanning all industries and organization types.
Prior to his current role, Chad was responsible for building and leading MLA’s Interim Legal Talent business in the West, a team that provides legal staffing services and managed legal services for law firms and corporate legal departments.
While earning his bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University, Chad played baseball. He is an avid supporter of youth athletics and an active member of his church. Chad lives in Southern California with his wife, son and their two golden retrievers, Bogey and Teddy. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, golfing and spending time with friends and family.

Jasmine Singh

Jasmine Singh is the General Counsel at Ironclad. Previously she was the Chief Legal and People Officer at Binti, where she led the legal, people, security and compliance functions. She was previously Deputy General Counsel at Patreon, Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest, and Corporate Counsel at 24 Hour Fitness, where she gained extensive experience growing and managing legal teams, negotiating complex transactions, and building processes to scale. Earlier in her career, Jasmine was a litigator in Big Law. Jasmine is on the boards of Public Advocates (a non profit law firm) and Change Lawyers (a community foundation focused on justice in California) and is the founder of a decentralized philanthropy initiative called Dincert. Jasmine graduated Order of the Coif from UCLA Law.
