Ellen is a multi-certified coach, organizational consultant and group/team facilitator, who was former corporate exec/in-house attorney (Sony, Disney, Microsoft, et al) so it’s a natural fit for her to focus her coaching on in-house attorneys. 

 
Her clients come from many in-house roles including deal makers, litigators, securities, intellectual property, compliance, procurement, distribution, corporate and other legal/legal adjacent/business roles. 
She primarily works with first time managers to GC/CLO at such companies as Gap, Target, Verizon, Adobe, United Health, Merck, Sony, Spotify and PayPal. She is also certified in multiple assessments (360 feedback) including Hogan, DiSC, Benchmark 360 and LEA360.
 
Ellen incorporates scientific/neuroscience-based coaching to help you increase your emotional intelligence and you have more influence by activating the 5 Pillars of Influence™ (Credibility, Leadership Presence, Identity, Mindset and Building Relationships [“C.L.I.M.B.”]) so you can stand out as an effective, impactful and collaborative communicator, leader, employee and/or manager.

Dara Redler

Chief Legal Officer

H&R Block

Dara Redler is Chief Legal Officer for H&R Block. In this position, Redler provides leadership for the company’s legal, government relations and compliance functions as well as The Tax Institute. Redler joined the company in 2022.

Prior to joining H&R Block, Redler served as general counsel and corporate secretary for Tilray, Inc., a leading global cannabis-lifestyle and consumer packaged goods company with operations in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, and Latin America, where she led legal negotiations for a transformative merger transaction to create one of the world’s largest cannabis businesses by revenue. Prior to Tilray, she held various legal roles of increasing responsibility over 17 years at The Coca-Cola Company, across strategic alliances, franchise operations, retail sales, and worldwide marketing and growth.

Redler holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and two bachelor’s degrees from The University of Pennsylvania, one in Marketing from the Wharton School, and one in global studies from the College of Arts & Sciences.
