This session focuses on equipping in-house counsel professionals with practical strategies to maintain a positive mindset while job searching that will also be useful when they are working at their new job. Delve into the art of setting realistic goals, celebrating small victories, and practicing gratitude to reframe your perspective. Learn how to implement positive thinking techniques that empower you to overcome obstacles and seize opportunities.

Moreover, gain insights into the growth mindset and how it can fuel your professional development. By setting personal goals and challenging negative thinking patterns, you can unlock your full potential and thrive in your career.

We will also learn firsthand from corporate counsel who have successfully navigated and experienced positive growth from the job search experience and regularly use physical fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness to maintain their well-being.

Don't let the job search overwhelm you - take control of your journey and nurture your well-being along the way.
