Building on more than 35 years of legal and business experience, Debra partners with legal and business clients in individual and group coaching sessions that help them realize theirprofessional and personal goals. Pinstripe’s clients want to attract new business opportunities, grow existing relationships, manage time effectively, develop talent, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, adjust to business change and conduct business strategically. Debra has expertise helping lawyers and executives jump-start their business development efforts, or transition into new roles and responsibilities. For more than 12 years, Debra coached lawyers from around the globe in individual sessions and workshops during the two half-year and annual congresses of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and for several years, coached attendees of the Spring and Fall conferences of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association (ABA YLD). Building on her strengths in coaching women lawyers, executives, professional service providers and entrepreneurs, Debra has facilitated more than 75 women’s peer groups, seminars, workshops, and retreats. Catherine Nathan is a lawyer, certified coach, and founder of Catherine Nathan Coaching for Lawyers LLC. Catherine’s unique background combines her legal and coach training. Her vast experience includes founding and leading Spencer Stuart’s Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs practice, where she focused on general counsel recruitment at Fortune 500 companies and major nonprofit organizations including 3M, Boeing, Pfizer, P&G and Yale University.

Catherine is certified by Columbia University's Coaching Certification Program, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation, the Association of Corporate Counsel's coaching roster, and is licensed to administer the full suite of NBI assessment tools and instruments. Early in her career, Catherine spent six years as an associate with two respected Wall Street law firms, Chadbourne & Parke and Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler.

With her experience as an attorney, and her decades of innovation and success in the legal search space, Catherine’s insight has long been in high demand from legal professionals looking to transition or advance in their careers.

Catherine graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A and earned her law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
