She is an English and Kenyan qualified lawyer focusing on M&A in the Tech, Media, and Telecoms sectors, with extensive experience in cross border M&A, and a focus on emerging markets. Born and educated in Kenya and worked for several years at a leading Kenyan firm before moving to London. Partner at Clifford Chance. Member of the Board of Trustees of Amref Health Africa UK, a leading African healthcare charity.
She won the Euromoney Women in Business Law Awards EMEA for Technology Lawyer of the Year 2024.
Shadrach Iguh

Shadrach Iguh is the General Counsel at InfraCredit and is responsible for all legal matters related to the company’s business, including documentation for the company’s loan and guarantee facilities and review of bond issuance and equity investment documentation.
With over fifteen years of experience, Shadrach has worked on numerous domestic and international financing transactions. He began his career as a banking and finance lawyer at DLM Capital Group in Lagos, Nigeria, and subsequently gained valuable experience at local and international firms, including Templars (Lagos), Norton Rose Fulbright (London), and Gatehouse Chambers (Gray’s Inn, London).
Shadrach holds an MSc in Finance & Financial Law (with Distinction) from the University of London (SOAS), a Graduate Certificate in Project Finance from Middlesex University, London, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from Ebonyi State University, Nigeria. He is dual-qualified as a Solicitor in Nigeria and in England and Wales.

Memme helped to build Evisort, a legal AI company, from the Harvard Innovation Lab while in Law School, and currently serve as Executive Vice President of Legal and Business Intelligence. Since 2022 he has also lectured a course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Harvard Law School (HLS). As a student at HLS Memme founded/chaired Harvard's Legal Technology Symposium and currently serves on the Advisory board of Innovation Law Club Africa.
Memme's article "Africa and the Artemis Accords: A Review of Space Regulations and Strategy for African Capacity Building in the New Space Economy" was published in a peer-reviewed Journal on Space Entrepreneurship and Innovation (attached in featured section). He spoke on a high-level panel at the 2021 National Space Society's International Space Development Conference, and was a speaker for the Summer Workshop on Teaching Space (SWOTS) a program developed by faculty at the Air Command And Staff College to train graduate students interested in space pedagogy.
