Recorded On: 06/26/2024

  • Registration Closed

The Post Office Horizon IT scandal and resulting inquiry have raised a multitude of questions surrounding the appropriate role of the in-house counsel in an organization’s compliance with legal and ethical obligations. Many see the Post Office Inquiry as an opportunity to identify system failures and devise strategies to address these failures going forward.

In this program, Donna McGrath, ACC Leadership Career Coach and Director of The In-House Lawyers Coach Ltd., will moderate a discussion on the lessons we are learning from the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry and how in-house lawyers can strengthen their roles and engage at the highest levels of the organization. The panel will also discuss the critical role lawyers play in good governance practices.
