With non-competes in the news last year with the FTC’s proposed, enacted, but ultimately unsuccessful attempt to ban them, it is time to a refresher on where things currently stand on a nationwide basis in the non-compete spectrum. Gone are the days where a one-sized-fits-all-single-state non-compete program works for companies, and with ever changing laws as it relates to non-competes, companies need to be keeping abreast of the law on a nearly 50-state basis, or potentially face penalties and lost business. This webinar explores the current state of non-competes, where the law was, and where it is now going, with a special emphasis on crafting policies that can quickly be revised to deal with this ever-changing field.
