Corporate Law Department Metrics 101: Enhancing your Cost and Efficiency Metrics

Recorded On: 04/25/2024

Legal services are an inherently expensive part of doing business and a vital thing for corporate legal leaders to manage.  But how you manage and report department metrics, particularly ones related to cost, can inadvertently reinforce the perception of the law department as a cost center.

This session will offer alternative considerations for measuring and reporting cost and efficiency metrics that not only report on the department’s stewardship of the business’s finances, but provide vital context into how the department is using its expenditures to create value for the business.
