I am Chief International Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, a Fortune 500 Company for the past 18 years as well as a Board Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. I also sit on the Board of Communities in Schools in Jacksonville, Florida. CIS provides after school programs for kids who are under served in the community and with a high drop out rate and seeks to increase high school graduation rates.
I was primarily responsible for the Fidelity National Financial' s global expansion of its operations. I established offices in Mexico and Malta as well as several joint venture projects as well as establish a network of attorneys in 34 countries. I also currently manage a multi million dollar national and international litigation budget on a combined exposure of over $250 million dollars with an 80 percent success rate.
