Ephemeral Messaging Apps

Recorded On: 10/24/2022

  • Registration Closed

For many companies, email is increasingly getting replaced and supplemented by various messaging applications. Apps like Snapchat, Telegram, Hash, and others often function as disappearing messaging, do not reside on network servers, and do not have archives controlled by the organizations. With no relative permanence or searchability, numerous issues arise for employers, especially with eDiscovery and litigation. In this session, you will hear about practical discovery and litigation aspects of ephemeral messaging apps through engaging real life scenarios.
