Executive Director, Legal Practice

Robert Half

My journey with Robert Half spans over 21 years. I am currently the Executive Director of the legal practice of Robert Half. With North American and global locations, Robert Half offers a full suite of legal talent and business services to help organizations manage changing workloads and access expertise across in-demand legal practice areas and industries.

I began my career with Robert Half in 2002 as an account executive in the Columbus, Ohio office. I was promoted to Division Director, Contract Services and in 2004, moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas offices to manage local operations. During my tenure at the company, I have held various roles, including Vice President of National Projects for all of Texas; Technology Staffing Services Perm Trainer for the United States and Canada; and Regional Vice President for Robert Half Legal in the Dallas and Houston branch offices. Prior to the Executive Director role, I served as the Regional Vice President for the Southern U.S. Region of the legal practice of Robert Half, managing the Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami and Phoenix offices.

I have had the opportunity to serve on various project committees, mentor internal employees and have been recognized at the highest level at our company’s sales recognition program for leadership and sales performance. I previously served as a Board Advisory member of the Robert Half's Global Women's Employee Network - GWEN. Our mission is to champion and amplify women's perspectives while creating networks, community, and growth opportunities for women. We will strive to improve the employee experience globally for both corporate and field employees and further support Robert Half and Protiviti's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Prior to my employment with Robert Half, I worked as a law clerk at a small law firm in Ohio and also for the Ohio State Legislature. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University and my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School, both in Columbus, Ohio.
