My major focus is data privacy, and I manage a global data privacy program for a company with operations in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. I’m certified in European data privacy law (including GDPR), United States data privacy law, and privacy program management by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and CIPM).

I also provide global employment law guidance and training, and I manage employment law litigation. I’m board certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
