Pack your bags (and your Rules of Professional Conduct) — we're heading to Switzerland with Stuart Teicher! This isn't your average ethics CLE. Think travel vlog meets legal deep-dive, as we wind through cobblestone streets, alpine peaks, and centuries of Swiss tradition to uncover some surprisingly on-point lessons for in-house counsel.

Turns out a country famous for neutrality, precision, and keeping secrets (looking at you, Swiss banks) has a lot to say about how lawyers should behave. Along the way, we'll tackle:

  • Independence — What Swiss neutrality can teach us about staying independent when the client is also, well, the boss
  • Confidentiality — Switzerland practically invented discretion — but is secrecy the same thing?
  • Client Fraud — What's a lawyer to do when the client's compass points somewhere it shouldn't?
  • Collaboration — What are the rules when we loop in outside counsel?
  • Communication — Keeping it clear, keeping it ethical, keeping everyone on the same page

No dry lectures here — just great scenery, real-world scenarios, and enough substance to satisfy your ethics CLE requirement (and maybe make you want to book a flight to Zurich).
