Simon Zinger is Group General Counsel at Entain plc, a London-listed FTSE100 company that is one of the world’s largest regulated sports-betting and gaming groups. In addition to managing a global team in a highly-regulated sector that oversees the areas of legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, risk, sustainability, and external communications, Zinger is an active supporter of pro bono projects and leads the General Counsel Oath initiative. He started his career with Baker & Mckenzie in San Francisco, moving then to Paris to join Vivendi, and then working in New York and London with Aegis Group plc and Dentsu Group.  His work experience spans the regulated gambling, media, advertising, telecoms and industrial services industries.

Senior in-house lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in regulation and competition law and compliance – I’m fascinated about how we get people to do the right thing for themselves, those around them and their organisation. I’m passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, in particular education and its power to drive social mobility – as the parent of a young child this is an issue close to my heart.
