Simon Zinger is Group General Counsel at Entain plc, a London-listed FTSE100 company that is one of the world’s largest regulated sports-betting and gaming groups. In addition to managing a global team in a highly-regulated sector that oversees the areas of legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, risk, sustainability, and external communications, Zinger is an active supporter of pro bono projects and leads the General Counsel Oath initiative. He started his career with Baker & Mckenzie in San Francisco, moving then to Paris to join Vivendi, and then working in New York and London with Aegis Group plc and Dentsu Group.  His work experience spans the regulated gambling, media, advertising, telecoms and industrial services industries.

Russell Hunter is Compliance Counsel at Bauer Media Group and Head of Compliance for its Outdoor business. He leads compliance and business ethics across nine European markets, designing and implementing risk-based programmes covering areas including economic crime, competition law, sanctions, third-party risk and whistleblowing. A key aspect of his role is turning complex legal requirements into practical policies, controls and training that work across different businesses and cultures.

He was previously Head of Compliance for Clear Channel’s European business and Senior Competition Counsel at BT Group, and qualified as a solicitor with Clifford Chance. Russell is Co-Chair of ACC Europe’s ESG Working Group, and previously served as ACC’s UK Country Representative. He is a Non-Executive Director of Outvertising, a nonprofit working to make advertising and marketing fully LGBTQIA+ inclusive.
