Gayle Gorvett is CEO and Managing Partner of GGorvett Consulting LLC in Atlanta where she serves as Interim Legal Counsel, Advisor and trusted partner to management of mid-cap and growth stage companies.
She has over 20 years of experience advising clients in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific. She has lived and worked in the United States, France, and Japan, including 4 years as a member of Latham & Watkins’ Technology Transactions department in New York. Ms. Gorvett was in-house counsel at two listed companies in Paris: Nexans, SA, and Brinks EMEA; where she was International Corporate Counsel for the BGS Business Division, responsible for all legal matters in the EMEA and APAC, and she served on the Board of several European affiliates and was a key member of the global M&A committee.
She brings both excellent legal skills and a strong business background to her clients. She works closely with management as a true partner to the business.
Her expertise includes corporate finance (M&A, JV, Partnerships, Alliances), complex technology transactions (SAAS, Cloud, licenses, joint development agreements, technology transfers, IP Portfolio review), and cross- border negotiations. Ms. Gorvett also acts as a counselor to senior management on corporate governance, including AI Governance and international expansion.
Gayle has lived and worked in the United States, Japan and France. She brings both excellent legal skills and a strong business background to her clients. Ms. Gorvett has a J.D. degree from the Northwestern University School of Law, and a B.A. degree in International Business from DePauw University. She just completed a term as Secretary and member of the Board of La French Tech Atlanta. She is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Chair of the global Privacy and Cybersecurity Subcommittee for the Association of the Corporate Counsel and a leader of the International Affairs Network. She is also an active member of two AI Guardrails Working groups at the Duke University Center on Law and Technology.
Gayle speaks frequently on AI Governance, Ethical AI, Compliance, IT & privacy law, International law, and legal innovation.
Gayle has served as an Advisory Board member to ESQ Legal in Denver Colorado and ITMP Media in Chantilly, VA.

Pascal Lê Dai joined Jasper Avocats in 2013 to create and lead the IP/IT department. He has been specializing in this area of law since he started his career.
He represents French and international business across the full spectrum of the development and the protection of their intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, design rights, copyrights...), and he also advises them in matters relating to technology law (computer software, Internet, data protection...). He has an in-depth knowledge of the issues with which the businesses of the innovative sector and their founders are dealing.
Pascal Lê Dai has also developed a strong practice in commercial litigation (contracts, civil liability, professional liability).
He provides training sessions for professionals in intellectual property, technology law and dispute resolution. He also teaches industrial property at ECE Paris engineering school.
Pascal Lê Dai is at home working in an international environment. Taking full advantage of his dual background, he is in charge of the activity of the Firm with Vietnam. In 2009, he assisted a leading Vietnamese IT group to open the first subsidiary in France of a Vietnamese private group.
Before joining Jasper Avocats, Pascal worked at the law firms Ngo, Miguérès & Associés (1996 - 2001) and then Eversheds LLP (2001 - 2007). In 2008, he set up his own law firm.
