• Head lawyer for all entertainment matters enterprise-wide and recently worked side-by-side with the President of Entertainment and the President of Development & International Marketing on a multi-jurisdictional, nine figure agreement for the opening of three unique shows across the enterprise.

• Chief counsel for all company celebrity chef intellectual property license agreements (Gordon Ramsay, Martha Stewart, Giada, Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay, Emeril, Rick Bayless, etc.) on both a national and international level, including highest-grossing restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.

• Helped create and implement a company-wide COVID payment deferral/abatement program for our third-party partners.

• Negotiated crypto sponsorship agreement for the naming rights of a theater on the Las Vegas Strip.

• Lead counsel for all hotel brand licensing projects, including Caesars’ first non-gaming hotel in the United States located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

• Provide legal guidance to procurement/sourcing, conventions, and retail operations company-wide.
