The U.S. Supreme Court invalidated the IEEPA tariff program on February 20, 2026. Facts are finally emerging regarding the administrative process available through U.S. Customs and Border Protection to seek tariff refunds. The new system known as CAPE (Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries) will eliminate much of the widespread speculation and misinformation that followed the Court’s decision. Join us for an up-to-date briefing on the refund process, answers to pressing questions about data requirements and protests, and litigation developments before the Court of International Trade as well as between importers and their suppliers or customers.
