The ethics code directly affects many areas of corporate law, touching on everything from internal investigations, confidentiality, cybersecurity, wondering 'who is the client', and supervision. Come join Stuart Teicher, Esq., as he discusses this intriguing intersection of ethics and corporate law, privilege, the "two hats" issue, and some quirks posed by a post-COVID world.
