He is currently an Associate General Counsel of IP with Becton, Dickinson and Company, a global medical technologies company. Chris brings a unique perspective to IP law that is informed by his experiences as an R&D contributor, project manager, law firm partner, and in-house counsel. His practice is focused on developing offensive and defensive IP strategies for innovations and advising on intellectual property aspects of commercial transactions such as licensing, corporate development, data rights, and strategic partnerships.
