The new EU AI Act has been adopted by the European Parliament just on March 13, 2024. This new law - often called a “landmark regulation” – shall and will not only define the development and use of AI in Europe, but also in the US and worldwide. She advises the firm’s national and international clients on all questions of individual and collective employment law. She is also a member of the firm’s AI and Technology practice and has been closely following the developments of this new area in recent years. She is advising clients on the introduction of AI in the workplace and negotiates with employee representatives on mandatory co-determination rights.
