Please join us for a conversation addressing key tax pitfalls to avoid in the design of incentive plans, employment agreements and separation agreements. This presentation will focus on identifying opportunities to mitigate tax exposure in a variety of compensatory vehicles including, but not limited to, Code Section 409A compliance in incentive plans and severance packages and Code Section 280G cutback provisions.
