Senior Legal Specialist

Terra Martin, Sr. Legal Specialist – Terra oversees all technology for the Legal department, ensuring systems, tools, and workflows operate efficiently and support the team’s strategic objectives. She helps manage the contract review process, including developing training materials and user resources for the Ironclad platform. In addition to her technology leadership, Terra conducts legal research, performs document analysis, and assists with drafting internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Before becoming a Sr. Legal Specialist, Terra served as both a Legal Intern and Legal Fellow at St. Jude. Prior to joining St. Jude, she attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where she specialized in Health Law and received her JD.
