Job searching can be tough—come talk it out with people who get it. This session offers a supportive space to share frustrations, feel heard, and connect with others navigating similar challenges.  This session will not be recorded.

Rules:

1. Raise Your Hand to Speak and No Interrupting Wait to be acknowledged before jumping in. Only one person talks at a time. 
2. Wait 2 Seconds Before Responding Build in a brief pause after someone finishes to avoid talking over them.
3. Time is limited Limit comments to 2-3 minutes to keep things moving.
4. Parking Lot for Off-Topic Ideas Add unrelated comments in the chat and we can revisit them later if time allows.
5. Give Everyone the Opportunity to Speak Allow everyone a turn before beginning open debate.
6. Facilitator Has Final Call on Flow The moderator can redirect, pause, or move the discussion forward as needed.
7. Use “I” Statements Speak from your perspective instead of making generalizations.
8. No Personal Attacks. No statements attacking others.
