Former federal prosecutors Lou Manzo (Former Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice) and Alyse Adamson (Assistant U.S. Attorney, United States Attorneys’ Offices) will share actionable insights and firsthand experiences to prepare corporate counsel for environmental and other kinds of internal investigations, responding to subpoenas, and dealing with criminal or potential criminal enforcement actions. Lou and Alyse will examine strategies to proactively address sensitive enforcement actions before they escalate, and communicate effectively with prosecutors if necessary. Leslie Garthwaite (Director, Corporate Investigations at Exelon) will moderate this panel discussion.
