Welcome to this month’s legal operations strategy and planning session.  From the ACC LO Conference in Chicago, we received some great feedback asking for a ‘back to basics’ when it comes to strategy planning.  For our call this month, we want to poll what specific topics you would like to tackle in strategic planning, are there any specific vendors you think would be good to engage and any opportunities to collaborate with other IG’s.   We are looking forward to engaging with you and developing a year’s worth of educational sessions that help drive value in strategic planning.
