Bruce Rosen focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including office and retail leasing, acquisitions and sales of commercial properties, secured lending and joint ventures. He also has experience in creditors' rights and commercial bankruptcy matters.  Before founding Real Estate Counselors, Mr. Rosen was an Attorney with the law firm of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld for more than a decade.  He is the creator of the program loiPad.

Peter Pokorny has a multifaceted legal and business background. As Legislative Counsel for the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Mr. Pokorny counseled the Real Estate Practice group. He also served as Assistant General Counsel for the Council of Better Business Bureaus, the network hub for BBB's in the US and Canada. Mr. Pokorny was also President of Interface Financial Group, an Alexandria, Virginia based receivables financing company.  In addition to his work with REC, Mr. Pokorny has served as an arbitrator for FINRA - the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
