Complete with practical, real-world strategies, participants will learn how to spot a dispute before it materializes and gain helpful advice for drafting and responding to demand letters. Plus, participants will receive a crash course on privilege to protect potentially harmful internal communications and tactics for preserving evidence in case a dispute hits the court system. Other key topics to be explored include when to call outside litigation counsel and ways to discuss litigation-related topics with non-lawyers.
