| John Albright is HUB International’s Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Management Team.Mr. Albright is a seasoned, business-focused legal executive with 20 years of experience in public, private and private equity-owned company and large law firm settings. While serving as the general counsel for several multinational corporations in complex and vastly different market segments, he amassed a record of building and leading highly efficient and effective legal departments.Prior to accepting his current role of CLO at HUB International, Mr. Albright served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel for Information Resources, Inc., a billion dollar data, technology and market research company with operations in 14 countries. He previously served as General Counsel for Accenture HR Services, Inc., an HR outsourcing joint venture that was ultimately acquired by Accenture during his tenure, and as both Division Counsel and Intellectual Property Counsel for Network Solutions, Inc., a large, Internet products and services company. In this latter role, he supported the $21 billion sale of Network Solutions (then a public company) to Verisign.Mr. Albright began his legal career in Atlanta as an intellectual property and technology attorney with both Alston & Bird and Finnegan Henderson, focusing on complex litigation before state and Federal courts and the International Trade Commission. |

| Rob has over 20 years of legal experience as a transactional attorney. He joined Penn from Drexel University’s Office of Research & Innovation where he reviewed and negotiated complex research agreements with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, federal agencies, universities, and foundations. Prior to that, Rob served as Deputy General Counsel for the School District of Philadelphia Office of General Counsel, and as Divisional Deputy City Solicitor in the City of Philadelphia Law Department.Rob attended the University of Pennsylvania for his undergraduate (B.A., 1991) and master’s studies (M.G.A., Fels Institute of Government, 1997). He received his law degree from Villanova University (J.D., 1995) where he served as an Editor on the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Society. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.An avid singer, Rob has performed with many choral and theatrical organizations in the Philadelphia region. He currently sings with the Orpheus Club of Philadelphia and with the Philadelphia Chorale, the chorus for Andrea Bocelli during his US east coast tours. Rob is also a Board member of the Bruce Montgomery Foundation for the Arts which provides financial support to high school and college students who are pursuing excellence in the performing arts. |

He has held prominent roles as managing counsel for global, publicly traded companies, including Capgemini, Wipro, and Wolters Kluwer, as well as leadership positions in privately held technology enterprises. Earlier in his career, he honed his legal skills at two international law firms, where he represented Fortune 100 companies, leading tech companies, research institutions, and governmental organizations on diverse transactional, regulatory, IP, and corporate matters. André holds a Master of Laws in IP Law (LL.M.), with honors, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies through specialized courses at the University of Vienna School of Law and Lomonosov Moscow State University Law School and a law clerkship at the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. In addition, he holds a Master of Science (M.S.) from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from St. Mary’s University. Prior to obtaining his higher education, Frieden trained and served as a sniper in a specialized infantry battalion.
