Barnaby Gibson is responsible for the legal aspects of strategic transactions/M&A, investments, and financings at ServiceNow, Inc. Prior to that, Barnaby was at Skadden, handling complex transactions for some of the world's best known companies, investment banks, and private equity funds, and General Counsel and Chief of Staff of ITHAKA, a technology incubator that is the home of JSTOR and playing an important role as technology transforms research and universities. During the dot-com years, Barnaby helped Davis Polk, another top law firm, in its efforts to establish a successful Menlo Park-based office.
