Experienced in negotiating multimillion dollar enterprise commercial technology transactions (cloud stack IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, on premise software licensing, managed services, hosting, colocation, data center leasing, telecommunications, and professional services), as well as various general procurement, marketing, and strategic partnership agreements. Also experienced in advising on new program creation and campaigns, drafting contract templates and product supplements, product counseling, writing company policies, managing outside counsel on both transactional and litigation matters (and appearing in court with them), M&A related matters including post-acquisition integration, compliance matters, international projects, process improvement projects, providing training to legal colleagues and internal clients, and speaking at various legal conferences.
